You Have Permission to Change

You have permission to change.⠀

Sounds silly doesn’t it, needing permission to change, but it’s real. It also stops a lot of people from tapping into true potential.

You’ll feel the pull for sure, expansion can be uncomfortable at times, you will be tested daily, but with a steady drip of applied strategies, it’s more of a molting process than anything.

Here’s a pre-framing practice to try. It’ll give you something to look for as you go about your day. It’s also a great way to end your day as well. ⠀⠀

It’s from Dr. Rachel Naomi Remen’s, “GrowingNewEyes: 3 Question Journal”

Question 1. What surprised me today? ⠀

Question 2. What touched my heart today? ⠀

Question 3. What inspired me today? ⠀

Doing this simple exercise builds your capacity to be surprised, touched, and inspired by what IS happening all around you in a time when it may be easier to drift into complacency.

So, today, give yourself the greatest gift you could give yourself and the ones who love you, permission to change.

Permission to live the life you want and deserve.

Permission to be excited about the future.

Permission to take that next step forward.

You don’t need it. You never did. But if you were looking for it, here it is, go for it.
